Thanks for your understanding.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For decades, state child protective service (CPS) agencies hand-in-hand with state family courts have saved thousands of kids from alleged abuse scenarios.\u00a0 One minor problem.\u00a0 They actually didn\u2019t let Constitutional law get in their way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due process went to the wayside and no one was\nwatching.&nbsp; Until now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oregonlive.com\/politics\/2019\/04\/new-federal-lawsuit-accuses-oregon-foster-system-of-revictimizing-children.html?fbclid=IwAR2NaRzLyX6aiO_BIKmaMiMVnUVCS_LlZ1NWKCgXdwOj-_QjrRd_Ab2HLRc\">Oregon, a class action lawsuit<\/a> is underway representing 8000 kids in child welfare programs that aren\u2019t complying with Federal or Constitutional law.  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oregonlive.com\/news\/2019\/06\/oregon-child-welfare-director-announces-sudden-plans-to-leave-office.html?fbclid=IwAR2oEOv_R_AlEps6VSxh6XIq6_vtE3M7JavOeBxmJycEkuDIVipOYHmxtOE\">Staff are fleeing the crime scene<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theindychannel.com\/news\/call-6-investigators\/children-file-class-action-lawsuit-against-indiana-department-of-child-services-governor-holcomb?fbclid=IwAR1CFX3NsoEyyEtAJQg3BShtYnbKjansSDWiEDoqSuOICTpTNgbtK1_Nekc\">Indiana,\n22,000 children are represented by a lawsuit<\/a> against the Department\nof Child Services (DCS) in the wake of a DCS Director leaving because she felt\nthe system was \u201censuring kids will die\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minnesota\u2019s vague statutes are unconstitutional.&nbsp; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fox9.com\/news\/lawsuit-targets-child-protection-services-alleging-legal-kidnapping\">Another\nCPS Lawsuit<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/medicalkidnap.com\/2018\/01\/24\/9th-circuit-court-upholds-parents-constitutional-rights-rules-against-arizona-social-workers-removing-children-without-a-warrant\/?fbclid=IwAR1mspxlRKdPswpHYUcmaX5rUFBEGXjzft0zcmKAIn1U83OcpeK_o7MM10o\">Arizona\nleads the country in nabbing kids.<\/a>&nbsp;\nThere the criteria for family removal has been reduced to the\nridiculous. Recently the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals needed to be\ninvolved in a case where kids were separated from their mother because she\nphotographed them in the bathtub.&nbsp;\nFortunately the court had more common sense than CPS, validating the\nmother\u2019s \u201cconstitutional right to live together without governmental\ninterference\u201d.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ocregister.com\/2017\/01\/18\/daughter-sues-orange-county-after-being-taken-from-mom-who-got-96m-in-same-case\/?fbclid=IwAR1j3yO8sKGx1TJbTilnkpUivaS_-hPFtYxhpU5WruV2zSbalbJbsS_ZX3g\">California,\nOrange County was successfully sued<\/a> by girls who were taken from\ntheir mother when social workers committed perjury.&nbsp; $9.6 million.&nbsp;\nFor the moment, collaborating CA courts have avoided direct fire through\nthe CA Commission on Judicial Performance (CJP).&nbsp; It is tasked with court transparency yet for\nyears has repeatedly been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mercurynews.com\/2019\/06\/13\/californias-troubled-judicial-misconduct-watchdog-may-miss-key-deadlines-to-improve\/\">unable\nto report on numerous filed complaints about the courts<\/a>.&nbsp; Coincidence?&nbsp;\nMaybe they know something we don\u2019t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/carolinapublicpress.org\/29096\/criminal-activity-discussed-in-dss-boards-closed-session-notes\/?fbclid=IwAR3XjNrQ8MJmvCDLHJwtenFKnssxkMNZl2XTR181VNAnVGYIWIejTj8MJ28\">North\nCarolina<\/a> CPS staff are lying under oath and meeting notes are\n\u201cmissing\u201d.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s blood in the water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But poorly run CPS programs is still only the tip of the\niceberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The story behind the story: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=QE9F2OMTJRQ\">Federal reward incentives\nfund the CPS agencies<\/a> doing the dirty work.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The more kids that child advocate agencies take, the more\nmoney states make.&nbsp; Title 4 Federal\ngrants pour millions into the states when agencies, under the veil of protecting\nkids, pad their pockets by increasing their caseloads.&nbsp; So, if Title 4 isn\u2019t stopped or reformed,\nthere will continue to be temptations to take kids on the side of caution &#8212;<em> mistakes<\/em> that benefit CPS agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under trained, overworked social workers have been trigger happy\nfar too long.&nbsp; And financial incentives\nmade double checking the work through due process optional.&nbsp; Now states are beginning to feel the ramifications\nof those oversights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The family courts have momentarily ducked scrutiny in many\ninstances even though their rubber stamps enabled this entire debacle while\ncollecting money through Title 4 racketeering schemes.&nbsp; The BAR Association is unlikely to bite the\nhand that feeds them.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being wrongfully separated from your kids is a hard pill to\nswallow.&nbsp; Swarms of parents welcoming\nlegal reparations are waiting for judgment to fall upon their CPS, their\ncourthouse, their state. And now the lawyers who made their bread and butter on\nremoving kids from perfectly good homes can now jump to the other team; suing the\nCPS systems that enabled their success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is clear that CPS lawsuits will continue to rollout.&nbsp; And with each successful lawsuit, the next\none becomes easier.&nbsp; The feeding frenzy\nisn\u2019t in full stride.&nbsp; Yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Money will flow.&nbsp; Laws\nmay change.&nbsp; But the true damage \u2013\nunethically removing kids from nurturing loving parents \u2013 will unlikely be\nfixed within our lifetimes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please Note: I&#8217;m working to rebuild this web site but wanted to error in getting this story out quickly.
